They wore white and gold.

They provide the cover for our activities in Hournox now.

Dawn Prayers - "mythical" group of assassins, when they kill, they leave bodies with a prayer book on them! When we return to Hournox, we discover that they are working in cahoots with the black fire adepts.

Probably led by a character called Savaat.

One of the leaders of the Dawn prayers, a street gang who have taken over control of the streets of Hournox. Korell appears to work for "the sister". The sister maybe Naheri?

They wear black and are led by Korell the Gray Emissary. They are likely to be involved in the spread of the drug RAMP.

A blond haired man with a pointed beard and very light green eyes, Razul is the brother of Samir and like his sibling he originates from Quoran.

A rugged and broad male human with a well groomed yet bushy moustache, Samir is the brother of Bim Mokkarri Al Utari Razul.

Originating from Quoran, Samir is a servant of Wakear.
