Monks of San-Cho-Dumi

These are a set of monks (possibly from the Hellian Towers), who reside on San-Cho-Dumi. Their eyes are crystal and their skin is blue. They bare the symbol of "Nethys".

They are trusted to hold powerful magical items "for safe keeping".
